INFORMATION

SHIPPING

All items ship via USPS to United States residences only.
Orders totaling $15 or less are mailed via USPS First Class shipping.
All others are mailed via USPS Priority shipping.
Orders over $51 are also shipped signature required to avoid package theft.
We make every effort to ship within 3 business days.
USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

RETURNS
No returns.
Exchanges gladly, of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.


MONOGRAMS

We have upgraded our ability to add names and monograms to some items.

Email shawn@stickmanleather with inquiries. Any monogrammed bag is sold with no returns/exchanges.


EXLUSIVE ITEMS

Some items are only sold online.

Some items are only sold on the table at the Pike Place Market.

If you saw it at the Market and loved it, you will need to purchase it at the Market.

If you saw it online and loved it, you will need to purchase it from our online stock.


LIMITED STOCK

We are a small batch crafter.

We are continually finding new leather and regularly changing our stock of leathers and our bag styles; what you saw yesterday might not be available today.


CLEANING

If you spill something on a bag, that isn't oil- or grease-based the best way to clean it is with soap (not detergent) and water, letting it air dry.

Note: if you get ink, oil, heavy grease on a bag, especially lighter colored bags, it may be impossible to get the stain out 



WATER- or STAIN-PROOFING

We don't use anything on the bags we sell or the bags we carry for personal use, but, if you want to waterproof or stain proof your bag, We suggest using a spray-on, carnauba-based water stain protector such as we sell on this site.


CONDITIONING

For conditioning your bag, to keep it supple and fresh-looking, we suggest using either the products we sell on our site or using Lexol leather balm.

As always, follow the directions on the packaging and test on an inconspicuous spot on the bag, first.


BE KIND TO YOUR BAG


To get the longest life out of your bag, treat it with kindness! If you are rough with your bags, they get scuffed. If you set them on the floor regularly and they are light-colored leather, they can get stained.

Yes, Stickman Leather bags are rugged and Shawn's workmanship is guaranteed but if you're regularly filling your bag over about 3/4 capacity then you might need a bigger bag!

Consistently verfilling your bag can cause hardware to fail and there is a FEE to replace hardware.


Zippers break and clasps can break if you regularly overstuff your bag or carry things that are too heavy in a bag that isn't designed for lots of weight. For example, only our heavier weight bags are designed to carry some sizes of laptop computers.

A lighter weight bag such as a Big Butter bag will not hold up to carrying a laptop computer. The kinder you are to your bag, the better it will serve you!


WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE


Shawn stands behind his work on each bag. The stitching, the rivets, the structural integrity. The things Shawn cannot control are zippers and hardware. Sometimes the stitching and leather last longer than the hardware. If Shawn determines that a repair needed is due to a flaw in his workmanship, he will repair at no cost. If a zipper or clasp fails from extended use, there will be a nominal fee charged to replace/repair.


Please note, the workmanship guarantee only applies to the original owner of the bag.

We do not repair/recondition bags purchased through a third party such as eBay.
